Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or making a reservation with Indies 365 Hôtel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Reservations

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
  • The hotel reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.
  • Group bookings (5 or more rooms) are subject to special terms — please contact us directly.

3. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Check-out: by 12:00 Noon. Late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
  • Guests are required to settle all outstanding dues at the time of check-out.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows may be charged one night's room rate.
  • Special rates or promotional bookings may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Rates & Charges

  • All room rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • CP (Continental Plan) rates include breakfast for the number of guests specified.
  • Any additional services or amenities requested during the stay will be charged accordingly.
  • The hotel reserves the right to revise rates without prior notice.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property, staff, and fellow guests at all times.
  • The hotel operates a strict no-smoking policy in all indoor areas.
  • Pets are not permitted on hotel premises unless explicitly approved in advance.
  • Guests are liable for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • The hotel reserves the right to ask any guest to vacate the premises in case of misconduct.

7. Liability

Indies 365 Hôtel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where caused by the direct negligence of the hotel. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

8. Events & Banquets

  • Event bookings require a signed agreement and advance deposit as per the hotel's event terms.
  • Decorations, entertainment, and catering preferences are subject to prior approval by the hotel.
  • Cancellation of event bookings may attract a penalty as per the event agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
